As dealers in your industry grow, they find that the QuickBooks inventory management capabilities are no longer sufficient for their inventory control needs.  The number of products they stock increases, they take on more product lines, need easier access to part number and parts price updates, they need integration with electronic microfiche, etc.  The Commander System for Parts and Service Departments adds this functionality.

The QuickBooks Interface moves the transactions made in Commander over to QuickBooks electronically.  This way it’s possible to use QuickBooks for financial management (receivables, payables, general ledger, payroll) and replace QuickBooks inventory and invoicing functions with our industry specific Parts and Service Department Software.  Our interface sends the detail from Commander’s transactions over to QuickBooks. This eliminates the need for manual posting of parts invoices and repair orders.
